Return Policy RETAIL Customers

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@vintage-addiction.com.

We are confident you will love your purchases, but if for some reason you are not happy with your selection then we do allow you to return your purchase for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Returned item must be in saleable condition and you will incur any related return shipping expenses and pay a 15% restocking fee. We will issue you a refund only after we have received your return and confirm that the purchase is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. Returns will only be processed if approval for return was arranged prior to sending back.

ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED  USING A COUPON CODE, PROMOTIONAL/SPECIAL PRICING OR ON SALE THEN ALL SALES ON  THAT INVOICE ARE FINAL SALES NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES AND NO CREDITS — NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping Policy

Where Do We Ship?

We ship to any mailing address in the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We ship orders via UPS, United States Postal Service and our White Glove delivery service, where applicable. For International customers, we will be happy to ship to your US-based freight forwarder.

When Do We Ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 72 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take longer and when they do we will notify you by email of anticipated processing time.

Please note that we do our best to ship all ordered items together, but occasionally this is not possible and they will arrive separately.

How Do We Ship?

Shipping rates are for Ground Service. We will be happy to upgrade the speed of delivery for an additional fee. See table below. NOTE: All shipments leaving our warehouse will require a Signature without exceptions.

What Happens to Undelivered Packages?

We are currently unable to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be automatically restocked and refunded, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking service fee. To reorder with a new address, you may place a new order online.

Product Repairs or Replacement Parts

We do not offer repairs or replacement parts for any of our products.

Do We Collect Sales Tax?

We are obligated by law to collect 6% sales tax on orders to Pennsylvania addresses.
