We are confident you will love your purchases, but if for some reason you are not happy with your selection then we do allow you to return your purchase for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Returned item must be in saleable condition and you will incur any related return shipping expenses and pay a 15% restocking fee. We will issue you a refund only after we have received your return and confirm that the purchase is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. Returns will only be processed if approval for return was arranged prior to sending back.

Shipping Policy

Where Do We Ship?

We ship to any mailing address in the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We ship orders via UPS, United States Postal Service and our White Glove delivery service, where applicable. For International shipments, please contact us via email and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote.

When Do We Ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 72 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take longer and when they do we will notify you by email of anticipated processing time.

Please note that we do our best to ship all ordered items together, but occasionally this is not possible and they will arrive separately.

How Do We Ship?

Shipping rates are for Ground Service. We will be happy to upgrade the speed of delivery for an additional fee. See table below. NOTE: All shipments leaving our warehouse will require a Signature without exceptions.

What Happens to Undelivered Packages?

We are currently unable to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be automatically restocked and refunded, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking service fee. To reorder with a new address, you may place a new order online.

Furniture Purchases

Furniture purchases are available for local warehouse pickup and by appointment only. Our Southern California Warehouse is located at 1240 E Locust St, Suite 205, Ontario, California 91761. Please contact us at to arrange for pick up of your furniture purchase or receive a quote for shipping to your specific location.

Do We Collect Sales Tax?

We are obligated by law to collect 8% sales tax on orders to California addresses.
