  • What happens if my item is defective?

    If you believe your purchase is defective, you must contact us upon receipt of your purchase for instructions. Please be aware that many of the items we offer on this website are vintage, antique, handcrafted, and/or upcycled/recycled. We have stated this clearly in our product descriptions, therefore signs of wear, small marks, and inconsistencies are not considered "defects" on this items. If you prefer products that are machine-made and completely perfect then this may not be the best shop for you.

  • What if my order is delayed or arrives damaged from shipping?

    We normally ship within 3 to 5 days and provide you with a tracking number. If there is a delay with your order due to unforseen circumstances, we will do our best to notify you. Your tracking number also includes information on how to contact the shipping carrier. Even though we carefully pack our products for shipment, accidents do happen sometimes. You must contact us within 3 days of arrival for instructions. Vintage Addiction is not responsible for any shipping delays, damages in transit, packages not received, order arriving at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address.
